2. How long will a balloon arch backdrop last?
Our balloon backdrops are typically hired for 24 hours. The balloons look perfect throughout the event and often last for days or even weeks indoors if kept at room temperature. We’ll collect the backdrop after the event or the following day, depending on your booking.
3. Can I rent a backdrop for more than 24 hours?
Yes, you can extend the hire period for an additional cost. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll include the extra rental time in your quote — no hidden fees.
4. Can the backdrop be moved during the event?
We don’t recommend moving the backdrop once installed, as it’s usually weighted for stability. If you need a mobile setup, let us know before booking. We can design a display that’s safe to reposition or suggest alternative lightweight decorations.
5. Do you offer delivery and setup for backdrop displays?
Yes! We offer professional delivery and installation across Guildford, Surrey, Hampshire, and parts of London.

6. How do I book a personalised balloon backdrop, and what’s your cancellation policy?
To book, fill in our request form with your party date, location, backdrop style, and any ideas you have. We’ll get back to you with a quote and finalise your booking with an invoice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on the timing and materials prepared.
7. What happens if the backdrop gets damaged during the event?
We take a refundable damage deposit to cover potential issues. If the backdrop or accessories are returned in good condition, your deposit will be fully refunded. Any damage or loss will be assessed, and the repair/replacement cost will be deducted accordingly.
8. Are your balloon backdrops suitable for outdoor events?
Some are! Please let us know in advance if your event is outdoors. We’ll advise which backdrop types are safe for outdoor use, considering wind, heat, and surface type. Balloons are sensitive to direct sunlight and wind, so we may recommend a shaded or sheltered area.
9. How is the backdrop installed and taken down? Do I need to do anything?
Nope! Our team handles everything — we deliver, install, and later dismantle the setup. If you’d like to keep the balloons after the event, just let us know in advance. Please ensure your agreed takedown time is accurate, as delays may result in extra charges.
