Upon receiving your order, we will promptly check the availability of helium balloons and strive to confirm with you as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours.
If you have a rush order, please complete a request form and call us!
At that time, we will send an invoice or online link for payment. If your booking is more than two months away, we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the booking or full payment if it is less than two months away.

What to expect
The average float time for a standard-size (solid colour) helium latex balloon is around three days.
The confetti balloons of this size have shorter longevity, with a float time of around 24 hours.
Please be aware that your helium latex balloons will get smaller each day as they gradually lose helium.
When ordering helium latex balloons, we recommend that they be delivered (or collected) on the day of your event, if possible, to ensure they look their best for your celebrations.
