We will only supply balloons from reputable, high-quality manufacturers. All finished products are thoroughly quality-checked before leaving us, so our customers have the best experience.
If a balloon is faulty, we will detect it within 30-60 minutes of inflation and replace it before you are aware. A balloon that has not burst within this short time frame will last if looked after correctly.
Once it has left us, it is the customer’s responsibility, and therefore we ask:
- Give balloons plenty of space when transporting and storing – they can burst if squashed or squeezed.
- Store at room temperature, but not next to a fire, radiator or lamp. Balloons do not like extreme temperatures. Sheds, conservatories, garages and vehicles are not places to keep balloons for a long time, as direct sunlight or continuous cold will affect them. Please do not worry if balloons shrink during delivery in cold conditions; they will inflate once at room temperature.
- They are not toys and need to be treated as fragile. A sharp fingernail, a piece of grit or a key can easily puncture or burst a balloon.
- The goods supplied are not toys and are not suitable for children to use unsupervised. Ribbons tied to balloons may cause choking if used incorrectly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all children are appropriately supervised when handling these items.
