We select only the highest quality balloons, ensuring they can last long with proper care. Keep your balloons at room temperature for optimal float and appearance. If delivered a day before the event, unpack them to check their condition, then keep them indoors until needed.

Detangling Ribbons: Ribbons often tangle during transit. If your balloons arrive with twisted ribbons, they can usually be gently straightened with patient untangling.
