Please be advised that a refundable damage deposit of £100 is required.
This deposit will be returned to the same bank account on the Monday following the event, provided all rented equipment is returned punctually and in satisfactory condition.
* Should you fail to return the equipment by the time indicated in your invoice, the subsequent hire slot will begin as scheduled.
** In cases where the backdrop is stained with cake, paint, cosmetics, or any other substances, the cost of dry cleaning will be deducted from your damage deposit. A receipt for the dry cleaning will be provided for your records.
*** If any equipment is damaged beyond repair or cannot be cleaned, an invoice for the replacement cost will be issued accordingly.

1. What is included in the backdrop hire?
Each backdrop hire includes a premium-quality printed backdrop and a sturdy, adjustable stand. All stands come with easy-to-follow instructions for quick assembly at your venue or home.
2. How long is the hire period?
The standard hire period is 2 days, giving you plenty of time to decorate before your event and return after. Need extra time? Let us know in advance – we’ll do our best to help.
3. Can I collect the backdrop myself?
Yes! You can collect your backdrop from our Guildford location (free parking available). Just choose the “Local Collection” option at checkout.
4. Do you offer a party backdrop delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide next-day DPD delivery (fees apply). Simply select delivery during booking and we’ll send your backdrop to your door, with a pre-paid return label included.
5. Is the stand easy to set up?
Absolutely – our stands are designed for quick, tool-free setup. Most customers can assemble them in 15–20 minutes. We include simple printed instructions with every order.
6. How do I return the backdrop after my event?
If you selected DPD delivery, just repack the items in the original box, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest DPD drop-off point. For local returns, drop it back to our Guildford location.

8. Can I hire multiple backdrops at once?
Yes! Our packages make it easy to hire 1, 2 or 3 backdrops at a discounted rate:

9. Do you offer balloons or decorations with backdrops?
Yes! We’re balloon specialists, so you can add balloon garlands or helium bouquets to match your backdrop. We offer custom balloon packages for DIY or full event setup.
10. Can I customise a backdrop with my own text or design?
Currently, we offer a range of pre-designed backdrops, but we’re working on custom print options. Stay tuned or get in touch to discuss a bespoke design for your event.
11. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable damage deposit of £100 is required.
The deposit will be refunded to your original payment method on the Monday following your event, provided that:

All hired equipment is returned on time (as stated in your invoice), and

Items are in clean and satisfactory condition.
Please note:

⏳ Late returns may affect the next scheduled hire. It's essential to return your backdrop on time to avoid additional charges.

🧼 If the backdrop is returned with visible stains (e.g. cake, paint, makeup, or other materials), the cost of professional dry cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. A copy of the dry-cleaning receipt will be provided.

❌ If any items are damaged beyond repair or not returned, a separate invoice will be issued for the replacement cost.

12. What if something gets damaged?
Please handle the backdrops and stands with care. Minor wear is okay, but significant damage or missing parts may incur a replacement fee.
